2023年上半年度报告显示，上海临港公司取得了显著的成绩。营业收入达到20.80亿元，其中园区物业租金收入为14.50亿元，同比增长超过10%。园区物业租赁毛利率为74.89%，比上年末增加了2.33个百分点。同时，园区物业销售收入为5.19亿元，园区销售物业毛利率为54.88%，比上年末增加了13.53个百分点。归属于上市公司股东的净利润为5.46亿元。
数据显示，公司旗下的园区企业在固定资产投资、营收规模和纳税总额方面取得了显著增长。与上年相比，固定资产投资增长了47.98%，营收规模增长了56.65%，纳税总额增长了73%。这展示了引领式复苏和高质量发展的积极态势。
上海临港公司以服务国家战略和上海发展为目标，坚持高质量和可持续发展。在不同阶段，公司通过优化租售结构和探索利用REITs等资本市场工具优化资产运营质量。同时，公司持续探索资金管理的新模式和新路径，拓宽融资渠道、丰富融资工具、降低融资成本，多管齐下提升资金使用效率。报告期末，公司整体平均融资成本为3.06%，较上年末下降了34个BP，投资收益同比增长了38.21%。
公司积极抓住临港新片区改革开放的历史机遇，战略深耕临港新片区开发，着力推进更深层次、更宽领域的对外开放。公司努力打造开放型的功能平台、产业生态和营商环境，充分利用临港新片区的开放优势、产业政策优势、应用场景优势和功能配套优势，以高标准的国际经贸规则为目标，推动高水平的制度型开放。
在报告期内，公司在滴水湖金融湾稳步推进了重点功能平台和公共服务平台的建设。汇丰保险经纪等多个持牌金融机构、私募股权基金和融资租赁项目相继入驻。公司致力于打造继外滩和陆家嘴之外的上海金融服务业第三极。在洋山特殊综保区，公司着力发展服务贸易创新，推进“铂族贵金属交易平台”等高标准的国际经贸规则节点平台。围绕物流分拨、跨境电商、保税维修制造和保税研发设计等新业态，公司集聚了德国贝仕集团、英国卫狮船舶等全球知名公司，推动菜鸟跨境电商等项目落地，推进临港新片区实现更深层次、更宽领域的对外开放。在新片区大飞机产业园，公司以航空制造、航空运输和航空科创为目标，结合国产C919大飞机的批产商用的契机，进一步推进多个重大产业项目的落地深化。
